Foxfire Wedding Retreats Include:

  • Exclusive use of Foxfire Mountain House’s private 10.5 acres with all facilities from Friday at 4pm to Sunday at 11am

  • Venue Coordination the weekend of your event

  • Foxfire Mountain House can host up to 140 guests for ceremony & reception

  • All catering is provided by Foxfire. Each Foxfire wedding is unique - our culinary team creates the menus in collaboration with you so that you have the exact style and taste of food that perfectly suits your event.

  • 3 complimentary vendor meals on reception day

  • Exclusive overnight accommodations for up to 38 guests.
    Individual room fees may be collected from your guests by our team and will be deducted from the total venue fee should you desire

  • Fresh flowers in guest rooms, common areas, candles, lights &
    fire pits around the property

  • Rentals: ceremony seating, reception space with lights, reception dinner tables, reception dinner chairs & place settings (plates, glasses, flatware, napkins)

  • Restroom trailer rental for reception day

  • Welcome/Rehearsal dinner included for 38 on site guests
    Additional guests may be added

  • Breakfast included for 38 on site guests each morning
    Additional guests may be added

  • Set up and clean up for the event

  • Access to our Bar Room & Restaurant

  • We love to see our couples return for anniversaries and milestone events and encourage you to develop an emotional connection to the property. 
    25% off lodging, food & beverage for future stays at both Foxfire Mountain House & Lost Fox Inn. All future stays based on availability.

  • Foxfire is proud to pay its entire staff a living wage and provide an industry leading benefits packages which has allowed us to cultivate a passionate team that will offer inimitable hospitality to you and your guests; tipping, service charges, gratuities and administrative fees are not requested on property.
